Strategic Plan (2026-2031)

After more than a year of prayer, discernment, and preparation, the CCCS Board, administrators, teachers, and key stakeholders worked together to develop a strategic plan that will guide Clear Creek Christian School through its next season of growth and impact.

The Strategic Plan is built around six key initiatives, each with a defined target and a series of objectives designed to advance our mission and vision over the next five years. Because the plan is intended to be dynamic and responsive, new objectives may be added as existing goals are achieved, ensuring that we continue moving forward with purpose, excellence, and faithfulness to God's calling.

Where there is no vision, the people perish.

Initiative One: Forming a Lasting Faith

Target: CCCS Stakeholders' eyes are opened to the hope of Christ

Objectives:

  1. Evaluate biblical worldview development efficacy at CCCS. Implement and analyze a Biblical Worldview Assessment across grade levels to measure student understanding. Use results to refine instruction and highlight student insights in communications.
  2. Disciple school families to put Christ at the center of their homes. Share stories of families whose faith has grown while offering courses and a Parent Ambassador Program to support spiritual development. Promote church-based opportunities to further engage and equip families in their faith journey.

Initiative Two: Expanding our Kingdom Impact

Target: CCCS stakeholders are recognized as Christ followers in all places and spaces

Objectives:

  1. Represent CCCS in all spaces, sacred and secular. Engage families in service and community by participating in existing church opportunities while creating new, family-friendly options. Expand connection through recreational activities that build relationships and strengthen community.
  2. Expand the impact of the "By Our Love" project. Inventory and strengthen connections with local ministries and nonprofits to identify meaningful service partnerships. Engage families in selecting and participating in projects, increasing their input and involvement throughout the process.

Initiative Three: Teaching Towards Mastery

Target: CCCS Students achieve mastery of essential skills through tailored learning plans

Objectives

  1. Investigate best practices in standards based reporting. Consult with ACSI schools that have completed similar transitions and review relevant research and best practices. Apply key insights to the CCCS context to guide effective implementation.
  2. Effectively communicate what students know and are able to do. Identify essential skills and standards for each subject, including Bible, and ensure they are clearly mapped across grade levels. Standardize curriculum maps and reporting practices to ensure consistent communication of learning outcomes.
  3. Articulate and customize various student learning plans and pathways. Develop clear learner profiles that reflect the range of student needs at CCCS and outline available supports and enrichment opportunities. Provide targeted professional development to equip teachers to effectively implement and differentiate instruction across all learning plans.

Initiative Four: Developing Professional Excellence

Target: CCCS staff and board members grow in their roles as qualified, confident, and effective leaders through ongoing professional development

Objectives

  1. Implement structures and systems that empower staff to flourish. Define the profile of an effective CCCS staff members and build a comprehensive talent pipeline that includes succession planning and professional development pathways for staff and volunteers. Strengthen instructional support through classroom aides and provide Biblical Worldview training for board members.
  2. Identify, track, and measure professional goals. Establish a clear coaching and evaluation cycle with defined expectations for staff performance and growth. Strengthen teacher development through structured mentor and student teacher expectations and a comprehensive onboarding program for new teachers.
  3. Fortify school board representation. Develop a clear portrait of a CCCS board member and integrate it into the board handbook and selection process. Support alignment and onboarding by creating a Biblical Worldview training module for new board members.

Initiative Five: Stewarding Our Resources

Target: CCCS's health is sustained by proactive management of resources

Objectives

  1. Recruit and retain highly effective faculty and staff. Develop a compensation pathway to move toward paying 75% of the local public school average across experience levels. Support staff growth by incentivizing continuing education.
  2. Invest in physical safety and emotional support of students and staff. Invest in the physical safety and emotional well-being of student and staff through targeting funding. This includes hiring a school social worker and exploring the addition of a School Resources Officer.
  3. Enhance physical property and resources, especially those shared by church and school. Enhance campus facilities by refreshing the playground with added shade and updated equipment. Expand transportation capacity by exploring an additional or larger bus in partnership with the church, and prepare to support future building expansion into the worship center.
  4. Equitably share costs with CCCC for facility use and maintenance. Propose an equitable shared financial relationship with CCCC leadership and establish annual updates to a five-year financial plan. This ensures ongoing alignment and measurable progress toward long-term financial sustainability.

Initiative Six: Cultivating the Harvest

Target: CCCS staff and students are physically, emotionally, and spiritually safe and secure.

Objectives

  1. Evaluate culture and support accountability for continuous improvement on a regular basis. Implement regular feedback tools such as family, staff, and student surveys to assess school culture and effectiveness. Use the resulting date to guide stakeholder care and discipleship through initiatives like Bible studies, annual themes, and devotions.
  2. Assess ESOs (Bee Practices) and use results to drive decisions throughout operations and programs. Investigate and select or develop appropriate assessment tools to effectively measure and report Expected Students Outcomes (ESOs).

The mission of CCCS is to equip students, through love and instruction, with a biblical worldview.
