FACTS is our student information system. It houses our student records, grade book, report cards, attendance and incidental charges such as lunch and extended care. Our teachers also use FACTS for grading and communication. Each family will need a FACTS login to see their students' attendance, grade book, and report card.
Friday Chapel
Friday Chapel is one of the most beloved practices we have at Clear Creek Christian School. Each Friday we gather as a school family to worship, celebrate birthdays, recite memory verses, and grow together in our love and understanding of Jesus. Each class leads the chapel lesson twice a year, and sometimes we have guest speakers from the community.
Friday Chapel is open to parents, grandparents and siblings to attend, or you can watch the livestream each week on our Facebook page!
Parent - Teacher Fellowship
The mission of the Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) is to strengthen the ministry of the school. It does so through promoting fellowship between the staff and families and through regular prayer. The PTF supports the school through organizing fellowship events and fundraising projects that enhance the school's ministry.
The PTF actively works to encourage and motivate all members of the Clear Creek Christian School community to participate in school and PTF sponsored activities.
The PTF meets once a month at the school and all are welcome to attend. Check the Friday e-newsletter for how to get involved.
Lunch Ordering System
We have a lunch ordering system that allows parents to order food for their child to be delivered and distributed by our lunch coordinator. Orders are made from a select menu from the following locations:
Tuesday - Fazoli's
Wednesday - Wendy's
Thursday - Chick-Fil-A
Friday - Domino's Pizzeria
Extended Care
Extended care is offered Monday through Friday when school is in session. Before-school care starts at 7:15 am and after-care continues each day until 6 pm. You may use this service any day that it is convenient for you and without prior commitment at a reasonable cost per half hour. See the yearly Cost Summary form for fees.
Daily charges for extended care are totaled at the end of each month and added to your monthly statement. If you drop your child off at the school prior to 8:10 am, you will be charged for morning care. If you need to pick your child up after 3:15 pm, they will be signed into after school care.
Calendar
School hours: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
Students may go to their classrooms starting at 8:10 am. Dismissal starts at 3:00 pm with all classes dismissed by 3:15 pm.
Morning care begins at 7:15 am and after care is available between 3:15 pm and 6:00 pm
